OUR TOOLS

Participants spend a small amount of time working alone in the bespoke,
on-demand, virtual learning environment but their colleagues are the magic ingredient - the commitment device. Working together with the proprietary diagnostic MoJo app, each participant can share real time graphic data and develop mastery of how they are doing and what their potential is. For leaders they will have granular detail on their likely impact on their teams, and their ability to make unbiased decisions.

AN OPPORTUNITY TO EXPLORE

McKinsey reported in 2021 that the loss of productivity as a result of anxiety and depression, two common mental health disorders that stem from dysfunctional mood and emotion, costs the global economy $1 trillion each year. Central to CHX programmes is that mood and emotion are perhaps now the biggest and most ignored performance opportunity available to us. 

In viewing ‘mental health’ as ‘ill health’ and thus a problem to be managed, we miss the chance to prevent it and the opportunity to explore the aspiration of good mental health as the foundation for sustainable high performance.
